Partnerships & Licensing Operations Manager

 

Description:

We’re looking for a Partnerships & Licensing Operations Manager on a contract basis to bring structure, consistency, and follow-through to the day-to-day running of the business.

This role will work closely with the founder and team to ensure deals are not only signed, but properly tracked, invoiced, managed, and collected. It is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable owning detail, improving process, and keeping a fast-moving commercial business organized behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

  • Own invoicing and payment tracking across active deals
  • Manage collections follow-up and maintain visibility on outstanding receivables
  • Keep accurate records of contracts, payment schedules, key terms, deliverables, and obligations
  • Support operational coordination across partnerships and licensing activities
  • Help improve systems, reporting, and day-to-day workflow
  • Coordinate with external accounting or bookkeeping support where needed
  • Ensure nothing falls through the cracks between signed agreement and revenue received

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations, finance coordination, revenue operations, or licensing / partnership administration
  • Strong experience with invoicing, collections, and commercial follow-through
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Comfortable operating independently in a small team environment
  • Confident communicating with partners and stakeholders
  • Experience in licensing, media, entertainment, consumer products, agency, or similar commercial businesses is a plus
