Patch Compliance Coordinator

Description:

We’re looking for a highly organized Patch Compliance Coordinator to lead and support patching compliance activities across critical IT environments. This is not a hands-on technical or project management role, but a vital coordination position ensuring timely and auditable patching processes across the business.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Review and consolidate patching & vulnerability data (e.g., Flexera)
Coordinate with application/infrastructure/server owners to address overdue patches
Lead discussions around patch delays and blockers
Track scheduled patches, follow up on actions, and escalate where needed
Generate reports via dbRib, Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
Analyze large datasets to monitor compliance

✅ What You’ll Need
8+ years’ experience in patching, vulnerability, or compliance coordination
Strong Excel/data handling & reporting skills
Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar tools
Understanding of patching tools/data like Flexera (nice to have)
Experience in large enterprise environments, ideally financial services
