JGA Recruitment Group is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join a growing team in Exeter. This role offers the chance to manage a broad portfolio of clients and deliver accurate, end-to-end payroll services in a supportive and flexible working environment. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for processing payroll from start to finish, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and handling submissions such as FPS, EPS, P45s, and P60s. You will liaise directly with clients to resolve payroll queries, support month-end and year-end procedures, and contribute to ad hoc payroll projects as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete end-to-end payroll processing, including statutory allowances and auto-enrolment.
Submit statutory filings (FPS, EPS, P45s, P60s) on time and accurately.
Resolve client queries while maintaining strong client relationships.
Support month-end and year-end payroll procedures.
Contribute to payroll-related projects.
Candidate Profile:
Experienced in handling multiple payrolls.
Knowledgeable in payroll legislation and compliance.
Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office.
Holds or working towards CIPP or AAT qualification (preferred).
Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and client service-focused.
