Description:
Our client is seeking a People Insight and Systems Manager to join their prestigious team in the retail industry. This crucial role focuses on leveraging HR systems and data to provide meaningful insights that will inform the people strategy and drive key business decisions. You will be responsible for managing HR systems (HRIS, ATS, Performance Management platforms), ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and security of all data, and supporting the People team with actionable insights.
As the go-to person for HR data, you will collaborate closely with the Head of People and senior stakeholders to shape data-driven people strategies. Your contributions will directly impact recruitment, engagement, turnover, performance, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Systems Management:
Act as the primary administrator for HR systems
Ensure data integrity, security, and accuracy
Manage updates, integrations, and optimisations of HR systems
Develop training materials and provide system support to business users
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Create and deliver regular and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards
Analyse HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Provide actionable insights to the People team and senior stakeholders
People Insights and Strategy Support:
Support data-driven decision-making with relevant HR insights
Assist in implementing HR strategies and initiatives
Analyze employee surveys to identify drivers of engagement
Compliance and Data Governance:
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR)
Maintain data governance policies and support audits
