The firm is currently seeking high-performing People Strategy & Transformation Consultants to join their growing team based in London.

This role is ideal for consultants looking to work on shorter, varied, and high-impact projects with executive-level exposure and rapid career progression. You will work across multiple industries and project domains, helping organizations to evolve their people strategy and respond to complex, fast-changing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver client-focused consulting services in people strategy and transformation

• Contribute to and lead workstreams in areas such as HR operating model transformation, workforce analytics, and cultural or behavioural change

• Analyze and solve complex client challenges through innovative, human-centred design approaches

• Work collaboratively with executive stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives

• Support internal business development and contribute to the growth and ownership of the consultancy
