As the People & Workplace Administrator, you’ll play a central role in enhancing employee experience, managing daily operations, and creating a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture. This isn’t just an administrative role—it’s a chance to be at the heart of a company that truly values its people. You will ensure the smooth onboarding of new hires, coordinate events and team activities, and keep the office space running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the main point of contact for all people-related administrative matters, supporting employees across the organisation
Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a welcoming and smooth experience
Coordinate and manage office operations to maintain an efficient, organised, and enjoyable work environment
Organise team events, socials, and wellbeing initiatives that promote a positive culture and strong team spirit
Assist with general HR support tasks, including maintaining employee records and supporting with policy implementation
Act as a culture champion—bringing thoughtful touches to everyday work life that reflect the company’s values
Liaise with external suppliers and service providers for office management requirements
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve internal processes and contribute ideas to employee experience strategies
Candidate Profile:
Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for people and workplace culture
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage staff at all levels
Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced tech environment
Previous experience in administration or HR is a plus, but not mandatory—enthusiasm and people-focus are key
Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with both in-office and remote responsibilities
