FIND | Medical is partnering with a prestigious private hospital in Bath that has recently invested in a new state-of-the-art centre. As part of their expansion, they are seeking a dynamic Deputy Physiotherapy Lead to support the growth and development of physiotherapy services. This senior role combines leadership responsibilities with maintaining a personal clinical caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support strategic planning and service development within the physiotherapy department

• Lead, mentor, and promote clinical excellence and continuous training among the team

• Contribute to business development and engagement with stakeholders

• Deliver high-quality patient care through a personal clinical caseload

Qualifications & Skills:

• HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with strong clinical experience in musculoskeletal (MSK) and orthopaedics

• Minimum 5 years post-qualification physiotherapy experience

• Degree-level qualification (or equivalent) in Physiotherapy

• Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP)
