The producer is looking for an experienced pig stockperson with strong hands-on breeding knowledge who shows enthusiasm and a passion for working in the pig industry.

Duties Include

• Working as part of a dedicated team across different departments of this breeding-to-weaning unit
• Farrowing
• Serving
• Piglet care
• Weaning
• Loading
• Mucking out
• Power washing
• Assisting with the general responsibilities of the unit

About You

• Experience working with pigs, particularly breeding
• Good physical fitness - the role involves strenuous manual tasks
• Ability to follow procedures with attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
