With a commitment to excellence and a focus on continuous improvement our client is looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead their manufacturing operations.

Duties of this Plant Manager will include but are not limited to:

• You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing facility.
• Ensuring efficient and cost-effective production whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimise production processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Build and lead a high-performing manufacturing team.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement and accountability.
• Coach, mentor and develop your head of department and production staff.
• Develop and manage budgets to optimise resources.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality and safety.
