Ppm Process Implementation Consultant

We are currently looking for an experienced PPM Process Implementation Consultant to support an ERP implementation programme.

In this role, you will leverage your deep knowledge of PPM processes and understanding of ERP systems to ensure the seamless integration of project management activities into the system. The ideal candidate will have previous hands-on experience of delivering PPM process implementation within an ERP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and delivery of PPM processes as part of a wider ERP implementation programme.
• Ensure the effective alignment of PPM processes with ERP capabilities.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define, document, and implement project management processes that maximise system functionality.
• Work closely with project teams, change management specialists, and technical experts to enable smooth process adoption.
• Provide expert advice on best practices in PPM processes and ERP integration.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement, ensuring that the ERP system fully supports effective project and programme management.

About You:
✅ Extensive experience delivering PPM process implementation within ERP projects.
✅ Strong knowledge of project, programme, and portfolio management best practices.
✅ Experience working in a consulting environment delivering process and technology change.
✅ Excellent understanding of how ERP systems support project management activities.
✅ Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex processes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
✅ Experience working in hybrid delivery models (on-site and remote).
✅ Comfortable working inside IR35.

Location:
This role is hybrid, with some on-site presence in Reading required.

Rate:
£500 - £550 per day (inside IR35)
