I am recruiting on behalf of a highly respected Freight Forwarding company that is seeking an experienced Pricing Manager to drive their pricing strategies and optimise their operations globally.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Develop and implement pricing strategies for multi-modal freight solutions (ocean, air, land).

🔹 Analyse market data to ensure competitive and profitable rates.

🔹 Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.

🔹 Negotiate and maintain relationships with carriers and other key partners to secure optimal rates.

🔹 Monitor pricing performance and adjust strategies based on KPIs and market changes.

From You:

✅ A minimum of 3-5 years of pricing experience within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.

✅ Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.

✅ Deep understanding of global freight markets and carrier pricing structures.

✅ Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

✅ Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced pricing requests with accuracy and efficiency.
