Description:
Inspiration Trust is seeking a Primary Assistant Maths Hub Lead to play a key role in advancing mathematics education across Norfolk and Suffolk. This leadership position will contribute to the Angles Maths Hub, supporting schools through outreach, curriculum development, and professional development. The successful candidate will work closely with a strong central maths team to implement high-quality maths teaching strategies and CPD programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Work Group Leads to support schools in Norfolk and Suffolk.
- Drive strategic development within the Angles Maths Hub.
- Develop and resource a high-quality primary maths curriculum for the Trust.
- Deliver training and CPD programs to enhance maths teaching.
- Support school improvement by implementing effective curriculum design.
- Work closely with the Director of Maths to develop a comprehensive CPD strategy.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Primary trained leader with a passion for maths education.
- Strong understanding of curriculum design and effective teaching strategies.
- Experience in school leadership, teacher training, and CPD delivery.
- Ability to develop maths outreach programs and collaborate with external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
