Principal Building Services Engineer

We are looking to appoint a forward-thinking and solution focused Principal Building Services Engineer (Electrical). The successful candidate will join our dynamic team based in our vibrant, centrally located Nottingham office.

You will be delivering exceptional technical and commercial solutions to a range of clients across the private and public sector; including education, custodial, defence, healthcare and commercial.

Your core responsibilities will include:
 

• Project and contract management
• Preparation and overseeing of designs, feasibility studies, reports, and contract documents
• Carrying out building analysis.
• Liaising directly with Clients and Contractors.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time.
• Supporting and mentoring junior engineers and trainees.
• Compliance with Health & Safety requirements, practices and procedures.
