Principal Penetration Tester

G.Digital is excited to partner exclusively with a new and rapidly growing client to recruit a Principal Penetration Tester. This is a senior-level role offering full autonomy and ownership of the penetration testing service delivery stream within the organization’s expanding security practice.

You will be working closely alongside a highly experienced Security Tech Director who has an excellent track record of scaling security teams. The role offers an exceptional opportunity to step up and lead the penetration testing practice, shaping its future direction and success.

What We Need From You:

• Proven leadership experience managing security teams, with at least 2 direct reports and a total team size of around 11

• Strong experience in penetration testing across multiple industries

• Relevant cybersecurity certifications; CCT (CREST Certified Tester) is mandatory

• Expertise specifically in infrastructure penetration testing

• Competence in scripting or programming languages, with Python preferred

• Comfortable supporting pre-sales activities on an ad-hoc basis

Interview Process:

• Two technical interview stages designed to assess your expertise and practical skills

• Final 20-minute meeting with HR and CEO to evaluate fit and discuss mutual expectations

• Interviews scheduled for the week commencing 2nd June
