Private Client Senior Manager

We’re looking for a driven Senior Manager to provide advice to our valued Private Clients. This role is a key part of our team, supporting Partners, mentoring junior staff, and delivering technically sound advice with a personal touch.

You'll work closely with clients, internal teams, and professional referrers- managing projects from start to finish while always seeking ways to add value.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide high-quality tax advice to Private Clients, including HNWIs, Trusts, and Estates
• Lead meetings, scope out projects, and manage delivery end-to-end
• Support Partners and Directors with departmental strategy and operational excellence
• Build and maintain relationships with external referrers
• Mentor and develop junior team members
• Keep your technical skills sharp and share knowledge across the team
• Contribute to Wills and Estates work (experience beneficial but not essential)

What We’re Looking For

• CTA, STEP or other relevant qualification preferred
• Strong technical knowledge in Private Client
• Experience with Trusts, Estates, IHT planning
• Confident, commercially aware, and client-focused
• Able to influence and collaborate at all levels
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player
