Process Mapping Specialist

Description:

My Fintech client is urgently looking for experienced Business Process Analyst/Content Management Analyst to join on an initial 6 month contract.

You must have experience of:

- Creating/writing Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs)

- Operational procedures.

- Ideally Operations background

- Experience of getting SOPs in place quickly

- Must have Payments/Fintech experience

Role responsibilities:

• Creation of SOPs for our Ops teams including process mapping as required.
• This involves working with teams to understand current processes and in turn, updating any current SOPs and creating new ones as needed.
