Process Technician

Description:

Catalent, a global leader in contract development and manufacturing (CDMO), is hiring a Process Technician at their Dartford site, which specializes in high-potent API micronization. This site plays a crucial role in supplying micronized products for product development, clinical trials, and commercial supply to clients and patients around the globe.

As a Process Technician, you will support critical manufacturing processes while upholding the highest standards in safety, quality, and compliance. You will work within a dynamic and collaborative team, and your responsibilities will include preparing, operating, and monitoring manufacturing equipment, ensuring adherence to GMP practices, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

This role operates on a night shift schedule:
Monday to Wednesday (9 PM – 7 AM), Thursday (9 PM – 6:30 AM Friday). The rotation resumes Monday at 9 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute all manufacturing steps to produce high-quality pharmaceutical products

• Collaborate with the team to adapt to changing priorities and production needs

• Maintain strict adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and health & safety regulations

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently while meeting production targets

• Document operations accurately and report any deviations or hazards

• Participate in training and cross-skilling opportunities

• Support daily performance management and continuous improvement processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Good general education, including English and Math

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions

• Comfortable wearing and working in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT systems

• Effective communication and team collaboration skills

• Preferred: Understanding of High Containment environments and related procedures
