Procurement Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver end‑to‑end strategic procurement activity, including category management, contract management, negotiation, strategic sourcing, and tender management across a variety of direct or indirect categories.
• Line manage, mentor, and develop a team of up to four direct reports, providing coaching, guidance, and fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, confidently engaging with senior internal stakeholders and key external partners, including suppliers and customers.

Procurement Manager Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience delivering strategic procurement across the full end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle within either direct or indirect categories.
• Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
• Strong expertise in category management, contract management, tender management, and strategic sourcing.
