Product Controller

Description:

We are partnered with a Financial Services company who are seeking an experienced Product Controller to join their London Team. The successful candidate will oversee P&L reporting, risk management, and financial controls for trading desks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily P&L production and balance sheet controls.
• Provide analysis on trading performance, valuation adjustments, and risk exposure.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Risk, and Finance teams to improve financial reporting.
• Drive process enhancements and automation initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years PQE experience in Product Control or a similar function.
• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, risk, and valuation methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
