Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop the Product Team while fostering a culture of innovation, responsibility, and accountability.

• Ensure all products comply with international safety standards and certification requirements.

• Oversee and manage successful product launches, ensuring timeliness and market readiness.

• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring product development is guided by deep market insights.

• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings, strengthening brand presence.
