Product Manager

Description:

Revolution Technology’s client is a global consultancy engaged in an exciting geospatial project. They seek an experienced Product Manager with specialized knowledge in GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and geospatial technologies to join their team on a 12-month contract basis.

As Product Manager, you will lead the definition and execution of the geospatial product strategy to support the organization’s broader business goals. This includes overseeing the development of GIS-powered tools that enhance data-driven decision-making and location intelligence capabilities. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including technical teams, business units, and external partners, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of product objectives.

You will also be responsible for defining and managing key geospatial metrics used in business intelligence (BI) reporting, ensuring that geospatial data insights drive actionable outcomes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and articulate a clear GIS/geospatial product strategy that aligns with company objectives and market needs.

• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of GIS-powered tools and platforms that enable enhanced location intelligence.

• Define geospatial key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to be incorporated into BI reporting frameworks.

• Act as the primary liaison for stakeholder management, facilitating cross-functional communication between product teams, technical developers, business stakeholders, and external partners.

• Drive collaboration across teams to ensure the successful rollout and adoption of geospatial products.

• Monitor market trends in GIS and geospatial technologies to inform product roadmap decisions.

• Manage the product lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement and responsiveness to user feedback.

Contract Details:

• Duration: Initial 12-month contract.

• Location: Hybrid working model with 3 days per week onsite in London.

• Payment: Up to £560 per day (Inside IR35 via Umbrella).
