Description:
The Product Manager will lead the strategic development and continuous improvement of the CHARMS Social Care Case Management System, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the organisation and its stakeholders. This role combines product ownership, technical oversight, and team leadership to deliver impactful solutions that support operational delivery and contract performance. By translating business and user requirements into a clear product roadmap, the Product Manager will collaborate across IT and business teams to design, implement, and optimise platform features, integrations, and workflows. They will also champion best practices, drive innovation, and ensure the platform remains aligned with both internal goals and the provider’s roadmap.
