Description:
As a Product Manager – Decisioning, you will support the development, growth, and ongoing management of decisioning products and partner relationships. Working closely with strategic partners, customers, and commercial teams, you will help shape product enhancements, deliver roadmap initiatives, and support product performance.
This role reports to the Sr Director, Product Management and provides an excellent opportunity to develop skills in product strategy, partner management, customer engagement, and decisioning solutions. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps for decisioning products, partners, and services.
- Contribute to product discovery, proposition development, and business case creation for new enhancements and opportunities.
- Gather and analyse customer, partner, market, and competitor insights to identify opportunities for innovation and product improvement.
- Support the prioritisation and delivery of product initiatives, balancing customer needs, commercial objectives, business strategy, and technical considerations.
- Monitor product performance, including revenue, customer adoption, feature utilisation, retention, customer satisfaction, and churn.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and support roadmap alignment, governance activities, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support successful product delivery, implementation, and optimisation.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and issues impacting partner, product, or customer success.
- Support partner enablement through product training, communications, and go-to-market activities.
- Ensure products comply with governance standards, regulatory requirements, and quality frameworks while contributing to improvements in customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Required Knowledge And Experiences
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Commercial awareness with experience supporting performance against revenue, forecasting, and budget objectives.
- Understanding of market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies, with an interest in innovation.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, planning, and project management skills, with the ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
