Production Manager

One Stop Scouting has an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer / Garment Production Manager. We are seeking a confident and professional individual with a creative flair to help grow the business further and be part of a small but great team.

Main responsibilities include:

• Design images in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for our clothing/scarf orders.
• Manage/produce the print of transfers for clothing and other products (full training will be given).
• To manage our embroidery and production team. Assigning and managing their daily tasks and ensuring a good quality of work.
• Assisting with customers artwork and creating any requested proofs for their approval.
• Manage and record all production tasks for future repeat orders.
• To manage the creation of customer embroidery designs (no experience required)
• Create product images for our website pages in Photoshop and Illustrator

The ideal applicant would:

• Be able to work well in a team.
• Creative.
• Good literacy skills.
• Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Have some experience of working with Adobe of Illustator and Photoshop.
• General knowlege of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
