Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager with deep expertise in the cards and payments domain to lead digital transformation initiatives This role requires a blend of technical depth program management expertise and business analysis acumen to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions The ideal candidate will manage the entire lifecycle of complex projects from requirements definition to implementation ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and regulatory standards

Key Responsibilities

Program Management Delivery Lead and oversee endtoend delivery of complex technology programs in the cards and payments space utilizing Agile methodologies SAFe

Business Technical Analysis Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit document and validate requirements Translate business objectives into comprehensive technical specifications user stories and acceptance criteria

CrossFunctional Leadership Drive alignment and communication across engineering product data science and business teams managing expectations and fostering a collaborative environment

Risk Issue Management Identify potential technical and projectrelated risks proactively addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project momentum

Technical Solution Design Work closely with solution architects and development teams to design and assess alternative technical solutions contributing to technical artifacts like architecture diagrams and integration plans

Quality Assurance Testing Participate in testing phases technical QA and UAT and review solutions to ensure the final deliverables meet predefined technical and business requirements

Stakeholder Reporting Generate comprehensive reports on project progress budget and KPIs for various stakeholders including senior management

Compliance Industry Standards Ensure all technical processes and solutions comply with regulatory and industry best practices in the payments domain

Required Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience 5 years preferred in technical program management and business analyst role within the banking or FinTech industry

Deep understanding of the cards and payments ecosystem including payment platforms and schemes

Strong technical background with an understanding of APIs data architecture realtime processing technologies and software development lifecycles Program Manager with coding background Java tech stack is desirable

Proficiency in project and Agile lifecycle management tools eg Rally Confluence Microsoft Project

Exceptional analytical reasoning and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical issues for nontechnical audiences and influence decisionmaking

Relevant certifications eg PMP PgMP Agile PM SAFe is good to have
