Project Analyst

Description:

Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a PRS Project Analyst to act as a key liaison between the NHG Finance team and external agents, providing critical financial insights and analysis to support the PRS business project. The role ensures that stakeholders receive accurate and timely information to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data for internal stakeholders and external agents

• Support data analysis using Excel and internal systems to review portfolio performance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and share portfolio insights

• Partner with the Treasury team to understand the portfolio’s legal structure and securitization framework

• Communicate effectively with external stakeholders to address inquiries and ensure smooth information exchange

• Prepare ad-hoc financial and operational reports for stakeholders

• Contribute to overall project success and delivery of objectives

Essential Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

• CCAB recognized accounting qualification with CPD

• Experience business partnering with non-finance colleagues and addressing commercial challenges

• Knowledge of PRS sector and financial reporting standards

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse audience engagement

• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of D365 and Power BI preferred

• Understanding of service charge activities, legislation, or experience in Rents / Contract Management
