Quantum, an independent brand experience agency, is looking for a Project Manager to join our Client Partners Department. This is an exciting opportunity to work with major global FMCG brands like Brewdog, Kraft Heinz, Campari, William Grant & Sons, and Anker Innovations. We thrive on creating big ideas that deliver real impact, and we need a strategic, creative, and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Project Execution: Manage and execute brand experiences, events, builds, website projects, print campaigns, and more.
🤝 Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their vision is executed to perfection.
🎯 Strategic Thinking: Bring innovative ideas and challenge the status quo for exceptional brand experiences.
📅 Organization & Planning: Oversee project timelines, budgets, reporting, and supplier relationships.
💡 Creative Problem-Solving: Make complex tasks simple and ensure smooth and efficient delivery of projects.
🚀 Adaptability & Drive: Willing to work on-site, attend events, travel as needed, and occasionally work weekends (TOIL provided).

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Project Management Expertise: Strong experience managing projects and events from concept to execution.
✔ Client-Centric Approach: Ability to inspire clients and team members while delivering outstanding results.
✔ Time & Budget Management: Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with FMCG brands, marketing touchpoints, and experiential channels.
✔ Team Collaboration: Ability to build successful supplier and stakeholder relationships for seamless project execution.

What We Offer:

💰 Salary: £28,000+ per year (depending on experience)
