What you’ll have the opportunity to do as a manager
- Leading large-scale transformation programmes and complex client engagements
- Solving complex business problems and influencing strategic decision-making at senior levels
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders and executives
- Managing teams and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams
- Driving business development activity, including contributing to and leading proposals and RFPs
- Identifying growth opportunities within accounts and supporting wider practice development
- Coaching and developing junior team members
- Delivering measurable business outcomes for clients
About the Candidate
The right Manager should have:
- 7–10 years’ experience in consulting, programme management, or transformation environments
- Strong experience leading engagements and managing teams in a client-facing setting
- Proven ability to communicate with and influence senior stakeholders
- Demonstrable experience in business development and contributing to revenue growth
- A track record of delivering complex programmes and driving business outcomes
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and strategic thinking
- Experience building long-term client relationships and growing accounts
