Project Managers

Optimised Project Partners is expanding. We are seeking an immediate start for 2 x experienced Project Managers (preferable 5 years experience) with a strong background in offshore execution, team leadership, and structured project delivery.

As a Project Manager with OPP, you will play a key role in driving clarity, coordination, and performance across complex project scopes, working within our lean project management framework designed to elevate delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and performance management across offshore construction, T&I, WTG, OSS, or cable scopes

• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary interfaces

• Drive structured reporting, progress tracking, and commercial awareness

• Develop and maintain project schedules, risk registers, and action logs

• Ensure high-quality communication across internal and external stakeholders

• Uphold rigorous quality, safety, and performance standards

• Identify risks, opportunities, and potential deviations early

• Support continuous improvement through OPP’s structured delivery methods

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven Project Manager with offshore wind experience (preferable 5 years)

• Strong understanding of offshore logistics, installation methods, and construction workflows

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Confident managing teams in dynamic environments

• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability

• Able to work within structured frameworks, with a mindset for optimisation and clarity
