Project Surveyor

Description:

VolkerWessels UK is seeking a Senior/Project Surveyor to join the VolkerFitzpatrick team for its Sizewell C project. This role involves managing all allocated commercial and contractual matters on the contract and supervising an assistant surveyor to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all commercial and contractual matters for the assigned project

• Supervise and mentor an assistant surveyor to ensure efficient project delivery

• Contribute to civil engineering, infrastructure, and building services projects of strategic importance

• Support compliance with RICS, CIOB, or ICES standards

Requirements:

• Accredited course by RICS, CIOB, or ICES

• Relevant experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and/or Quantity Surveyor

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering and construction projects

• Ability to manage contractual and commercial aspects of large-scale projects
