Galbraith, a leading multi-disciplinary firm of property consultants with offices across Scotland and Northern England, is seeking a Property Administrator to join their Inverness office. Specialising in rural, forestry, energy, commercial, and residential sectors – with a growing presence in Natural Capital – Galbraith is offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic administrator eager to support the Residential Sales team.

The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can provide a full spectrum of administrative support while ensuring an excellent client experience. This is an ideal role for someone looking to take on a new challenge in a fast-paced property environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and carry out property viewings, ensuring timely follow-up with clients.

  • Manage and maintain social media pages to support marketing efforts.

  • Assist in the preparation of property marketing materials, including Home Reports, photography, and signage.

  • Handle external portal data and enquiries efficiently.

  • Prepare professional and engaging sales brochures.

  • Provide general administrative and organisational support to the Residential Sales team.
