We’re Hiring! – Property Manager

Location: Burgess Hill

Hours: 4 days a week (9am–6pm) + every other Saturday (9am – 5pm)

Pay: Competitive, depending on experience

We’re a busy, friendly lettings agency looking for a reliable and organised Property Manager to join our lovely team!

If you enjoy helping people, keeping things running smoothly, and like the idea of working in a supportive, down-to-earth environment—this could be the perfect role for you.

What the job involves:

• Looking after a portfolio of rental properties
• Organising repairs and maintenance
• Communicating with tenants and landlords
• Carrying out property visits
• Handling paperwork and making sure everything’s compliant
• Liaising with contractors and colleagues

What we’re looking for:

• Some experience in lettings or property management (preferred)
• A can-do attitude and great communication skills
• Someone who’s organised, calm under pressure, and great with people
• A driving licence is a bonus, but not essential

The hours:

• 4 weekdays (9am to 6pm)
• Every other Saturday (on a rota)
