Key Skills & Knowledge:

✔️ Minimum 4 years’ experience with Python, with strong coding ability in a quantitative environment.
✔️ Deep expertise in mathematics and statistics, with hands-on experience in statistical modeling and signal generation.
✔️ Proven experience as a high-frequency quantitative trader in crypto markets, demonstrating a consistent multi-year PnL with a Sharpe ratio of 2+.
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of strategy development.
