Quantity Surveyor

Description:

Based in Westerham, the successful Quantity Surveyor will work closely with the Principal Quantity Surveyor on a broad range of residential and commercial projects. The role is a fulltime on-site role, and weekly site visits will be required for most projects.

Ideal candidate

• Completed a Quantity Surveying / RICS accredited degree.
• 24+ months quantity surveying experience within a consultancy / cost management firm with good knowledge of UK construction.
• Proficient in measurements and good knowledge of NRM
• Cost planning and project management knowledge
• Good communication skills- written & oral
• Pre and post contract cost management experience
• Worked on projects within the built environment.
• Excellent analytical and numerical abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
