Quantity Surveyor

H2O Seal Ltd is looking for a freelance Quantity Surveyor to help us review and price roofing and waterproofing tenders.

We’re liquid waterproofing specialists and LRWA members, working on flat roofs, balconies, walkways and car parks across London and the South East.

How you’ll support us:

📐 Prepare quantity take-offs and assist with tender pricing
📑 Review and analyse drawings, specifications and other tender documents
🔍 Identify gaps, discrepancies and unclear items in the scope of works
💬 Help prepare tender queries, clarifications and exclusions

What we’re looking for:

✔️ Quantity surveying or estimating experience, ideally in roofing, waterproofing or specialist subcontracting
✔️ Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret tender documents
✔️ A practical approach to identifying risks and pricing requirements
