Key Responsibilities:

📝 Research & Development
✔️ Lead and manage experimental work plans in collaboration with project managers.
✔️ Provide expertise in lateral flow assay design and development, ensuring process improvements.

📊 Data Analysis & Reporting
✔️ Review and approve R&D reports and data for external presentation.
✔️ Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory teams to achieve project milestones.

Compliance & Safety
✔️ Ensure adherence to health & safety standards, including COSHH & Risk Assessments.
✔️ Maintain compliance with regulatory and quality assurance guidelines.


What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biomedical Science).
Minimum 5 years of R&D experience in the medical device industry.
✅ Strong expertise in lateral flow assay design & development.
✅ Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
