Real Estate Rental Manager

This is a full-time role to oversee the Prime Central London properties at INHOUS, based from our office in Fulham, part-time/flexi roles will also be considered for the right candidate.

The Lettings Manager will be solely responsible for business development and generating their own leads, managing all landlord/tenant matters, compliance, systems and processes, whilst ensuring outstanding customer service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Prime Central London
• Ability to manage complex situations
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Accountable and self-motivated
• Comfortable working with high net worth clients and sensitive information
• ARLA professional qualification or equivalent
