The role offers the opportunity to work with prestigious clients including top Quant Funds, Hedge Funds, Prop/Systematic/Diversified Trading Firms, leading Software Development companies, and award-winning start-ups.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential candidates, assessing their suitability through detailed questioning and qualification, and maintaining strong pipelines of top talent. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a driven, entrepreneurial mindset to meet and exceed placement targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, qualify, and build relationships with high-calibre candidates in the technology and finance sectors.

• Maintain and develop a strong pipeline of prospective talent.

• Engage with clients and candidates professionally to represent Hunter Bond’s brand.

• Work towards and exceed placement and revenue targets.

• Collaborate with the internal team while managing tasks independently.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic results or impressive, consistent work history.

• Goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial and self-starting attitude.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organisational abilities and ability to meet deadlines.
