Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support candidates throughout the recruitment process, offering insights and constructive feedback.

• Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients and candidates within the luxury and fashion sectors.

• Identify and approach candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and personal networks.

• Proactively generate new business opportunities, including project work and retainers.

• Negotiate proposals, terms, salaries, and fees with confidence and professionalism.

• Work closely with the internal team to maximize client satisfaction and drive division growth.

Requirements:

• Fluency in French and English (non-negotiable).

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or fashion/luxury head office environments.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to build and manage client and candidate relationships.
