Description:
Apex Resources Ltd, a leading UK recruitment agency established in 2004, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant & Senior Consultant to join their Lincoln office. The company specializes in providing temporary and permanent skilled tradespeople and labourers across multiple sectors, including Industrial, Logistics, Construction, Trades & Labour, Commercial, FM, and Engineering.
In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle from winning new business to sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in client roles. The position requires building strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs, negotiating rates, and ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities through networking and business development
Build and maintain strong client relationships to provide the best candidates
Negotiate contracts and rates with clients and candidates
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are met
Screen candidates and match them to appropriate roles
Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year 360 recruitment experience in relevant sectors (Construction, T&L, M&E, Industrial, Logistics, Engineering)
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eligible to work full-time in the UK
