• Basic salary between £30,000 and £35,000 (depending on experience)

What you will do

• Identify and engage top talent using industry-leading recruitment tools
• Write effective job adverts to attract candidates
• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Take ownership of your own recruitment desk
• Work towards targets with ongoing support from experienced mentors
