Due to their ever-growing reputation and increased demand, our client is looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant. You will utilise a warm desk within the blue-collar construction sector and liaise with existing client’s and candidates. You will also be required to undergo business development and expand the company’s network.

What we’re looking for –

• At least 12 months recruitment experience with a background in construction
• A strong track record and billing history
• Effective communication skills
• Professional, confident, articulate and determined
• Enjoys building relationships with others and working in a fast-paced environment
• A sales-minded, money-motivated individual
