As a Recruitment Consultant, you will embark on an exciting career path within the accountancy & finance industry where you will develop and work with a portfolio of clients and candidates. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for people, ideally have recruitment experience and enjoy working in this dynamic and rewarding field.

In the role of Recruitment Consultant, you will;

• Source and screen candidates for finance and accounting positions
• Review CV's, conduct phone, video and face to face interviews and assess candidate qualifications
• Engage with clients and candidates to co-ordinate the full recruitment process
• Utilise state of the art databases and applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information and the hiring process
• Be responsible for developing your client portfolio as well as providing excellent service to existing clients
• Stay up to date with industry news, changes in recruitment practices and emerging technologies

To be highly successful in this role, you will ideally have;

• A passion for recruitment and an interest in accountancy & finance
• An eagerness to learn and grow
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and candidates
• Resilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Previous experience in recruitment, customer service, sales or a related field
• A degree in Finance, Business, Human Resources (preferred but not required)
