JGA Recruitment Group is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC). This role is ideal for candidates looking to develop their career in recruitment while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Senior Recruitment Advisor, ensuring seamless recruitment operations and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This hybrid position is based in the London area and offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of the recruitment function across multiple stakeholders.
Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, supporting hiring managers and stakeholders.
Schedule and manage interviews and meetings with candidates, hiring managers, and external vendors, managing complex calendars efficiently.
Liaise with Executive Assistants and internal teams to arrange interviews, briefings, and stakeholder sessions.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate progress pipelines, and related documentation.
Manage confidential communications between candidates, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
Prepare and distribute regular and ad-hoc recruitment reports to support decision-making.
Upload and process recruitment-related invoices, collaborating with HR People Services and HR Systems teams.
Contribute to broader resourcing initiatives and projects as needed.
Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally in recruitment or HR.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Confident in scheduling and coordinating complex interviews and meetings, often with senior-level diaries.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous approach.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
A positive, proactive attitude with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
