Fly to Teach, an ambitious international education recruitment start-up, is seeking motivated and entrepreneurial recruiters to help us expand our reach in key regions: Middle East, South Korea, Japan, China, South East Asia, Europe, South Asia, North and South America.

The Role

• Develop relationships with schools and educational institutions in your chosen region(s).
• Cold email and cold call to source new clients.
• Negotiate contracts and secure partnerships for teacher placements (TEFL/ESL or international school roles).
• Source and match qualified candidates from our existing database or your own network.
• Earn commission-based income on each successful placement and contract signed.
• Work remotely and set your own hours — perfect for educators, consultants, or anyone with strong connections in international education.
• Complete administration using our CMS software to track candidates and clients.
• Potential for career development depending on business success.
