Due to some serious growth, we are expanding our newest and fastest-growing team; Belgium Development. This is a newly created role and we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Team Lead to take this exceptional division to new heights. As a Team Lead at Enzo Tech, you'll be the driving force behind our team's success. Working closely with our Directors, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading your team to achieve ambitious targets and reap the rewards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Hitting weekly and monthly targets with clear promotion criteria – bring your energy and drive to succeed!
• Spearheading headhunting efforts, generating leads, and building key relationships.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
• Leading by example in engaging with candidates and clients to find perfect matches.
