They are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Care Manager to lead the care operations and maintain the highest standards of service.

The Registered Care Manager will be responsible for the daily management of the home care service in full compliance with CQC regulations. This includes overseeing care planning, staff training and development, ensuring robust quality assurance, and managing recruitment and onboarding processes.

The role involves close liaison with clients, their families, and health professionals to ensure effective communication, satisfaction, and safe, effective care delivery. The ideal candidate should hold or be working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and have strong knowledge of CQC standards.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential, along with a passion for delivering excellent care and empowering the care team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the home care service in accordance with CQC regulations.

• Lead the development and regular review of person-centred care plans and risk assessments.

• Oversee staff training, supervision, and performance management.
