What we’re looking for:

✅ Experience as a Registered Manager within children’s residential care
✅ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management
✅ Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
✅ The drive and vision to develop a successful new service
✅ A genuine passion for achieving outstanding outcomes for young people
