New Leaf Haven Homes is seeking a Registered Manager to lead and establish a new supported living home in South Manchester. This is an exciting hands-on leadership role where you will have the opportunity to shape the future of the service, ensuring young adults with learning difficulties receive high-quality, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the supported living home, ensuring safe and effective service delivery.
• Develop strong partnerships with local authorities, social workers, and health professionals to maintain steady referrals.
• Design and implement personalized care plans, supporting residents in developing independence and achieving personal goals.
• Recruit, train, and lead a dedicated care team, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, maintaining high standards of care.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resources to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) – Essential
✅ 3+ years of experience managing a supported living or residential care service
✅ Proven experience working with social workers, commissioners, and professionals to support residents
✅ Strong leadership and motivational skills, with a passion for building a positive team culture
✅ A genuine commitment to supporting people with learning disabilities, empowering them to lead independent lives
