Relocation Consultant

Description:

JAM Global Mobility Recruitment is looking for a Relocation Consultant to join their team in West London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full relocation process for expatriates and their families, ensuring excellent service levels and compliance with company and legal guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordination: Manage the relocation process for multinational clients, balancing both the company’s requirements and assignee needs

• Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for expatriates and their families throughout the relocation

• Compliance: Ensure all relocations are executed legally and in line with company guidelines

• Record Maintenance: Keep the database up-to-date and accurate

• Promotions: Actively promote and cross-sell company services

• Ad-hoc Duties: Assist with any other duties as required by the company

Person Specification:

• Experience: Previous experience in global mobility or relocation is essential

• Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills

• Tech Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Languages: English is essential; additional languages are desirable
